During operation, the synchronized rotation of the disc’s chambers creates precise timing sequences for material discharge. When the vane chamber aligns with the inlet port (typically at 30° rotation intervals), it creates an optimal pressure differential for material intake. Full alignment at 90° provides maximum flow capacity, while subsequent rotation to 180° initiates controlled discharge.
