An automatic unpacking machine is a sort of unpacking and feeding equipment that not only replaces unpacking by the traditional labour force, but also improves production efficiency and reduces dust pollution. This project was listed in the national innovation fund system in 2009, and also has one invention patent and multiple practical, latest inventions.
The main characteristics of this item are that it unpacks efficiently, which approximately reaches 2000 bags/hour, and is also suitable for materials of 0.1~70 kg/bag. Secondly, the automatic unpacking system may be widely used to handle multiple different packing materials such as plastic film、kraft paper、gunny bag and composite bags.
Hanrui Puzer’s unpacking system was greatly shown in the Ahma Asia Exhibition in 2016.
As the petrochemical-engineering company is facing a more and more competitive market. In 2016, even though it was the first year that Hanrui Puzer participated in the Aham Asia exhibition, the fully unpacking system had been got the widely attention, which is a real, automatic, intelligent, and standardised production.
The story of the “automatic unpacking system” from Hanrui Puzer
There is a small story in 2009; the P&B company has a Mexcican factory in the united states. Due to the manual unpacking caused the pollutant damage to the workers’ lung. It had fined $28,000,000 by the government. So the P&B started the bid opening for solving that purpose. Hanrui Puzer was completing with another two European companies. P&G company eventually chose Hanrui to finish this project. Hanrui Puzer finished that purpose for P&G company and we are the first factory develop the automatic unpacking system.
